Elevated Meditations offers a uniquely curated meditation experience that combines a variety of holistic wellness modalities. Participants experience the 60-minute class while comfortably cradled in the cocoon of a professional aerial silk hammock. Our classes are LGBTQ+ friendly and inclusive to all ages over 10 years old.

Peace to your body & mind

Our meditation classes are unique, modern and comfortable. We will take care of you from the moment you enter the class by guiding you through the entire meditation process. Our goal is to help you to be able to relax your body, calm your mind and sink into a deep meditative state. This state is where the magic happens.

With guided meditations, there is no concern with, “am I doing this right?”. All there is to do is to follow along, as we help you drop into a deep meditative state. Without the burden of handling the details yourself, you’ll be able to have a deeper and more effective experience.

Luxurious Silk Hammocks

The silk hammock gently stretches as it wraps around you, allowing you to feel almost weightless; without pain from pressure points. It may feel as if you are in a gentle cocoon, wrapped in privacy, floating in space.

Harmonious Sound Bath

The sound bath includes quartz singing bowls and gong, which together create beautifully intricate sounds. The palpable vibrations and harmonious tones are helpful in grounding you in the present moment and transporting you to a deep state of relaxation during the meditation.

Group Coherence

When one person meditates, it’s powerful for them. When multiple people meditate together, there is coherence between the meditators that creates a more profound experience for everyone involved. This phenomenon is a small-scale example of the Maharishi Effect.

Intermediate and Advanced Classes request the participant to briefly consider their individualized challenges and concerns during the meditation before bringing it back to positive emotions. The skill of leaving the challenge or concern and turning back to positive emotions is considered an advanced skill and may not be appropriate for everyone.
